Straightened and Cut
Here at McGowan Wire we produce quality straightened and cut wire. Whether it be stainless steel or oil tempered wire quality is our main concern. We can cut wire from .032 inch to .250 inch And in lengths from 1 inch to 12 feet
Torsion and Straightened
Torsion and straightened wire is where the wire is fed though a system of straightening rollers then coiled again. MWS can handle .025 inch through .125 inch wire in the torsion and straighten method. We have a 150 pound max weight for coils, we can also make a certain length coil.
Custom Cast and Helix
Do you need a Custom cast and helix that the mill just cant seem to get right? we offer a process that can get that done for you. by manipulating wire through several sets of rollers and dies we can manufacture a variety of different cast and helix variations.
Flat Wire
